Description
- Use mouse hooks to reduce update latency
- Add a systray icon with options
- Show options dialog when opening maginifier and hide it on "OK", with an option to not show the dialog again next time.
- Get rid of the "This is magnifier and it magnifies stuff..." dialog. It's pointless, it's obvious what it is.
