Commit charge Memory consumption went up around 500Kb from r72187 to r72188

VM VBox4.3.36 gcc dbg build single localization exactly same setup.
As you know I track mem usage in ros for almost every build.
From r72187 to r72188 the commit charge consumption jumped up by 500kB.

Do we have a memory leak that could be fixed?
Or is it the added ATL-include itself?
Can we do the same thing without adding ATL here?
500kB is not much, but small things accumulate over time...
