[SHELL32] REGRESSION: insane amount of handle-leakage when using explorer file-browser

By just browsing a bit in explorer file browser through the FS (e.g. system32) we get very many

err:(../dll/win32/shell32/folders/CFSFolder.cpp:33) Invalid pidl!

which slows down the browsing considerably.

While browsing a few minutes the explorer.exe process requests thousands of additional handles that won't get freed afterwards.

 This regression isn't older than a few days.
