RAPPS from GSOC2017 - when rapps is started windowed mode the search-edit may overlap other menu items

Only a tiny GUI glitch.
Newest rapps from GSOC2017 has been merged into trunk already.
When ros desktop resolution is 800x600 and we open rapps in windowed mode,
the search-bar will overlap other icons in the menu-bar.
This has been tested with german localization.
Not sure whether other locals are affected as well.
The issue is gone when enlarging the window in x-dimension.
The default size of the window should take the space of all menu elements into account.
