Cannot connect to a remote MS SQL server

    Description

      My test program that created on Delphi 10.2 Tokyo cannot esteblish a connection whith a remote MS SQL server. I tried to connect via FireDAC and DBExpress. When I tried with FireDAC I got "Access violation" (http://www.proghouse.ru/images/articles/programs/ReactOS_84.png). With DBExpress – SQL error with the code -2146893054 (http://www.proghouse.ru/images/articles/programs/ReactOS_85.png). But the ping is working nice.
