2nd stage setup of ReactOS hangs with Assertion failed

The 2nd setup stage (Graphical) of reactos-0.4.7-dev-559-gbabc61c-x86-gcc-lin-dbg results in a complete freezing of the setup when ReactOS Setup finishes downloading the required Wine HTML Gecko package and attempts to install it. Rebooting the OS will not solve anything.

Here I attached a log below showing what is the "Assertion failed" concerning about.

Doing further tests, certain commits aren't a target of this bug while some others do. Most likely a regression causes this bug to occur. Here's a list of which commits work and are immune to this bug:
