sporadic BSOD 0x12 KiTrap07 when doing heavily network related MikTex setup (multithreaded pressure on the network stack)

ros 0.4.7RC1
1000MB RAM, VBox 4.3.40, no additions, no VT-x, VBEMP, PcNet-Fast III (Am79C973)

MikTex installer Miktex 2.9.6361

This installer does heavy downloading many packages via internet.
My first attempt to complete this setup lead me into BSOD 0x12 KiTrap07.
The second try (fresh ros install) succeeded.
So the BSOD is sporadic.

It's the third time I got BSOD 0x12 during 0.4.7RC1-tests and it is always coupled with doing heavy networking. see CORE-13966 for the other 2.
If you think this duplicates, feel free to close it as such.
I will most likely not be able to give good reproduction steps.
