ship VirtIO drivers with ReactOS

    Description

      VirtIO is a set of paravirtualized devices and corresponding drivers used by QEMU.
      Windows divers are GPL licensed and available on github: https://github.com/virtio-win/kvm-guest-drivers-windows

      It would be great to make these drivers work with ReactOS and eventually include them into the distribution to improve hardware and functionality coverage.
