VFD by default on ReactOS

I request Virtual Floppy Drive´s code to be included in ReactOS.

Its development seems to be inactive. So it is better to include its source code to ReactOS, until VFD website disappear.

And improve it: VFD only supports 2 floppies at the same time.

Or at least the program to be included in ReactOS Aplications Manager.

Because it is so useful to have this program when using floppy discs images.

I tested VFD in ReactOS 0.4.7 LiveCD and it works 'out-of-the'box'.
