Native drivers for PCI based MagicGraph 256AV boards cause critical glitches.

The driver forces the screen to constantly redraw blank gray pixels when the graphics stack is not prioritizing other elements such as the title bar to be drawn. Trying to view the color/resolution settings of the current screen also locks ReactOS in a loop.

The issue can be reproduced in 0.4.7; not sure about any of the following nightlies also have this issue. The latest drivers only exist for Windows 2000, as seen below:

Tested using the following machine:

• IBM ThinkPad 600E
• 256MB RAM
• 40GB disk drive
