Regression: DVDStyler 3.0.4 has transparent toolbars and black squares around the icons

    Description

      Since the b3fb855 commit (0.4.9-dev-719), after syncing comctl32 with Wine-Staging 3.3, this program has transparent toolbars at the left and the top in the main window. Also there is a black squares around the icons in the "Welcome" startup dialog. In the aba6ce5 commit (0.4.9-dev-718) this regression is absent. The difference is visible on screenshots.
