translations and buggy settings

At first, I use ReactOS in german and following build: Build 20180405-0.4.8-release-0-gd47d448.GNU_4.7.2
 

When I open the taskbar settings, the tile of the window is: Properties for Taskleisten- und Startmenüeinstellungen. The correct text (from Win7) would be: Eigenschaften von Taskleiste und Startmenü, or only Taskleisten- und Startmenü Einstellungen

Also the OK Cancel and Apply button are in english. In german the text would be: OK Abbrechen Übernehmen

When I open the right-click menu on the desktop and move the courser to New (german Neu) the text of the first two items are: Neues Verzeichnis and Neuer Verweis. The correct text (also from Win7) would be Ordner and Verknüpfung
 

I have also installed ReactOS on real hardware, and when I have set the display resolution to high, the screen gone black and there was a beep... I had to shutdow the computer
