Sound Forge Pro 12.0 build 29 can't launch

At first, before installing this application, install Net Framework 2.0 (SP2) and MS VC++ 2013 Redistributable from Rapps. They are needed by program for correct work.

Then, download Sound Forge installer here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rB246vVEBIiwOcqbsrxiZ_Vo4P4503U9 and install it in Windows 7 compatibility mode. And finally, try to launch application from the desktop or start menu. You'll get error -59 at startup.

I know, this program requires Windows 7 or newer, but it does not require NT6 API for work, because in Windows XP it works correctly after setting suitable HighVersionLie values for the installer via Microsoft Application Verifier 4.0: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=20028
