Telegram 1.3.10 has drawing issues.

I tested Telegram 1.3.10 on commit 359-g7572ff0. The app works fine, but sometimes it appears to hang, but you can move the window. It solves itself after a while. By hang I mean that you can't see scrolling or clicking buttons unless you move the window. Sometimes you need to kill the process of Telegram. Attached a GIF for clarity and a debug log.
