bzip2: resource leak in unzcrash.c

Hello,

i have checked the sources of reactos with the static code analysis tool
cppcheck (http://github.com/danmar/cppcheck/commits/master). It found a resource
leak in file reactos/lib/3rdparty/bzip2/unzcrash.c at
line 141. Please see the attached patch, that fixes the leak.
