keyboard switcher: clicking outside popup menu doesn't close it

When you right-click on its tray icon you'll get a popup menu with "Preferences.." and "Exit".
When you click outside the popup menu, it doesn't close while it should. Only selecting "Exit" closes the menu.

Notes:

• All other tray applications I tried behave correctly in this respect:
  sound volume, date time, Techlogica HTTP Server ..

• When run on Win 7, the keyboard switcher behaves correctly in this respect.

• If you can't find the tray icon, just click the empty spot of it. That is CORE-5062 (unrelated)
