Multiple bugs in ROS' MM

    Description

      I'm currently developing a suite of kernel-mode tests for ROS' memory manager. Here I decided to share my current progress. As a result I have attached a relatively large patch with my tests and a kernel-to-user mode callback mechanism that is used during testing. I'm also attaching the output of the tests on ROS and the output from Windbg. All the tests have been confirmed to pass on Windows 2003 SP2.

      Furthermore judging from the results I can say that I have hit multiple issues in MM so it might be worth splitting this into several bugs reports but I will leave for the team to decide that.
