mm: ollydbg: double Assertion 'FALSE' at ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/virtual.c line 1510 while stepping in Ollydbg v2 after call to imported dll

To reproduce, extract the archive within ROS and use ollydbg v2 to open setup.exe. Set up breakpoint (F2) at 0x004059CE (Call jvmaccess3msc.dll) and proceed with execution (F9). When Ollydbg hits the breakpoint - start stepping (F7). As soon as debugger proceeds to dll, two asserts per every step are triggered. Debug log attached. Assigning to thephysicist.
