Automatic default language for the website

In ONLINE-281 (and now currently) webbrowser language detection was made to automatically adjust the current language of the ./getbuilds page.
I suggest you to extend this functionality to the whole new website, in order to have a uniform user feeling.
However, an option must be included to change the whole website language after.
