Testman: Highlight test runs with excessive reboots

Our normal test runs are down to the minimum of two reboots. Unfortunately crashing/hanging bugs that cause more reboots occur regularly. I'd like to make these slightly more obvious by coloring them red in Testman.

I'd appreciate if somebody with web commit access and the ability to test Testman changes could have a look at this. Note that the patch is NOT TESTED as I have no way to do so.
