ReactOS Applications Compatibility Database

Hello,

My name is Fede and I am a student. I can't join to ReactOS as a GSoC student because my school didn't take part into GsOC. I discovered ReactOS with google search  I never use tools like jira, cmake.. I think I will learn a lot with this project. I like open source project and I disagree Windows 10 (the best spyware  ). 

If you don't noticed, my english isn't perfect. 

I know C and a little bit of Win32 but I studied html, css, js, mysql, php very well in the past.

I would introduce my project for my summer (maybe for spring too): ReactOS Compatibility Applications Database.

ReactOS Compatibility Applications Database (aka RCAD) will be developed by me with Codeigniter Framework (https://codeigniter.com/) and mysqli database. RCAD will be an web application where users can submit applications that run on reactos without problems.

I am new to ReactOS, so I need a lot of ideas. I will implement them during my free time  Share your ideas here! 

At the beginning, I will open a github repository where others developers can look for my web app.
