Move RosBE 2.1.4 on sourceforge from i386 folder they are not compatible with x86

      Looking at:
      https://jira.reactos.org/browse/ROSBE-112

      I think that for RosBE 2.1.4 we need to create a separate folder on sourceforge. Now it is located in i386, but due to the presence of ninja.exe x64, it becomes not compatible with the i386 platform.
