cleanup_attachments() in AttachThreadInput apitests is not working correctly

Fixes a bug related to "for ( ; ; ; { " in cleanup_attachments() tests.
It wasn't cleaning all the Attachments but just the [4,4] since the loops were broken.
Right now Test_SimpleParameters() and its cleanup_attachments(); are commented.
Could this Patch stop crashing Ros?
