gdi32_apitest tests using InitStuff() broken by r66220

    Description

      Looks like "[GDI32_APITEST] Add more helper code" caused these tests to appear as CRASHed in Testman. r66221 does the same to MaskBlt, since that also adds an InitStuff call there.
