Themed taskbar uses wrong font color

    Description

      Whenever themes are active, the font for open windows is always black no matter what the theme has it set as. Lautus and Luna should have a white font used but other fonts are sure to have other colors. May or may not be uxtheme's fault but I don't want to point fingers.
