GeForce 3 Ti 500 driver problems

    Description

      After installing NVIDIA driver v. 52.16 some bugs was revealed:
      1. Only 800x600 resolution was available.
      2. Scroll bars and dashed rectangles renders incorrectly.
      3. When moving one window over another, some elements of bottom windows renders through top one.(r68929 works well)
      4. Moving windows off-screen and back again produces glitches (r68929+ only) Moved to CORE-10098
