Floppy.sys prevents ReactOS to be booted in RH when there is not floppy drive

    Description

      Inserted DVD-RW with the newest ReactOS installation ISO (bootcd) and tried to start setup. ReactOS displays:

      • Loading ReactOS Setup...
      • Loading NTOSKRNL.EXE...
      • Loading HAL.DLL...
      • Loading boot drivers...

      Then ReactOS displays a black screen and freezes. It hangs before the language selection screen.
