Add support for digitizer's (drawing tablet) pressure

When tried to make the digitizer's pressure work in Wine, I've stumbled upon this patch for Wine 1.5.5:

I really don't know if this is applicable to ReactOS, but I'd really like to have fully working digitizer support.
