Wrong folders for user?

On installing ReactOS, it asks for the account name, offering "Propietario" (I use spanish), but when you get in, the folder is named "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator".
Also the applications manager downloads to "C:\Downloads" instead of "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Downloads" or better still "C:\Documents and Settings\Propietario\Descargas" for this location.
