Citrix XenApp cannot connect to the server.

I tried to connect to the application server in the local network. But I did not. The list of published applications servers defined (List_apps.jpg), but when I try to connect to it an error occurs (Try_launch_CitrixAPP_ERR1.jpg), after the error: Try_launch_CitrixAPP_ERR2.jpg. The connection process aborted before verifying username and password.

P.S. Cintrix XenApp Plugin attached. During the installation process, be sure to select "Program Neighborhood". The installer and the program can't display Russian letters (appear as squares). Had to use the English version.
