Can't install .NET Framework 4 Client Profile

I wanted to test out the XNA Redistributable framework however it needs the .NET Client Profile in order to install XNA properly. Although, for some odd reason, it fails to continue the download at RGB9RAST_x86.msi file and stays forever without errors (as shown in the screenshot). I've got the installer at this website - Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.

How to reproduce the problem?: Just download that file and you'll figure out yourself. Regardless of how you wait, it simply won't continue the installation progress.

The testing has been done under the ROS version as follows:

ReactOS Test Version: 0.5-SVN
Revision Trunk: 73505

NOTE: I cannot fully guarantee the debug log brings any useful information but it printed some "err:" outputs during downloading of RGB9RAST_x86.msi.
