    Description

      Host: Debian Linux kernel 4.8.0, Qemu 2.8, virt-manager 1.4.0, virtio-Windows-drivers 0.1.126
      1. In virt-manager change working RTL8139 Ethernet NIC into virtio
      2. Boot ROS
      3. When new hardware wizard appears, insert virtio ISO file as CD
      4. Install driver automatically -> "RedHat VirtIO Ethernet controller" is detected and set up
      5. Restart ROS
      Build 73583
System boots fine and NIC is shown OK in system tray, working properly in device manager, but configured with an APIPA address (169.254.), so no communication possible to the outside.
Expected behavior: virtual NIC configured with 192.168.122. address like the RTL8139 virtual model.
