LiveCD, QEmu 0.9.1 with '-std-vga': boot triggers a BSoD 'APC_INDEX_MISMATCH'

r73584, LiveCD.
QEmu 0.9.1, with '-std-vga'.

Works fine with default Cirrus vga card.
Crashes with "standard" Vga Bochs Extension (VBE) card.

NB:
Same/Already with 'ReactOS-0.4.3-live.iso'.

PS:

• QEmu 0.10.5 and 0.11.1 with '-vga std' work fine.
• I'm not sure whether this is a bug in ROS on good QEmu,
  or ROS having trouble handling a bug in QEmu 0.9.1 with '-std-vga'.
