Startmenu stays open sometimes if other Window is clicked

ReactOS 0.4.4 on VirtualBox

I opened the Startmenu and then clicked in another Window (ReactOS Explorer). The Startmenu stayed open. This worked several times, until I manually closed the Startmenu. From that point, the Startmenu autoclosed when I clicked another part of the Screen.
