20 GB HDD shows up as 2GB

    Description

      The title pretty much explains it. While setting up ReactOS, the partitioning
      section detects a 2GB drive, and formats it. When I access it from Windows, it
      still shows up as 2 GB.

      The Hard Drive is a Western Digital Caviar WD200EB
