Incorrect behaviour when deleting a folder and copying it again

ReactOS 0.4.7

I copied a folder from a NTFS volume to the local ReactOS volume.

I deleted the folder in ReactOS

I copied the same folder again

Contents of the folder are INVISIBLE, but they exist.

Trying to copy the contents of the folder AGAIN, results in a request to replace or skip the already existing files (which are still invisible)

After reboot, the files are visible, but the files that were in subfolders are now directly in the directory. Looks like totally bogus copy routine.
