Assertion error while installing IrpMon driver

    Description

      Step for reproducing:

      1. Download IrpMon v 0.8
      2. Download irpmonconsole.exe and libtranslate.dll from binaries subfolder.
      3. Execute command irpmonconsole --install
        It makes assertion error: 

        (../../ntoskrnl/mm/ARM3/sysldr.c:176) Loading: \??\C:\ReactOS\System32\drivers\irpmndrv.sys at F6A6F000 with 11 pages
