Major Description
Here is the error message i get same message is attached as a photo as well.
If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen,Restart your computer, if the screen appear again follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. if this is a new installation, ask the hardware or software manufacturer for any react os updates you might need.
If the problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing. if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, Press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

I am trying to install civilcad Ver 5.7 from Topcon Australia PTY. LTD. http://www.topcon.com.au/
Civilcad uses a hardware activation key for the software to activate and the software will only work if the Hardware activation key is plugged in. Please see attached photos of the hardware activation Key.
The computer i installed react os on is a Lenovo Think center
