[SHELL32] Implement default processing of shell folder view callback

We have to implement the default processing of shell folder view callback, as many as possible, to improve the shell view interface.

See "dll/win32/shell32/CDefView.cpp". CDefView::_DoFolderViewCB is a helper function to call the callback function, that calls MessageSFVCB method of CDefView::m_pShellFolderViewCB object.
