Shell commands on a .lnk should be performed on the original file, not the .lnk

Title says it. Basically if you created a text file, made a shortcut on it, and then did right click edit with notepad++ it should edit the text file, but instead it edits the .lnk.

This does work on windows 10, not sure about XP though, either way, it's a nice improvement to the quality of life with ReactOS.
