It is impossible to end Roller Coaster Tycoon.

I was trying to run Roller Coaster Tycoon. At first, it appeared to just crash normally. It even gave a debug log. However, the process stays in the process list with 0 USER Objects and 0 GDI Objects. Any future instance of the process will never reach the point of crashing, and will have 12 USER Objects and 6 GDI Objects, and will also be impossible to terminate.  Even a forced shutdown will not close these processes. The fact these processes continue running prevents the system from ever shutting down. I have attached a debug log.
