Paint : Loading a new empty file does not "sets" current file name

Step to reproduce

• Open Paint => its current file name gets "Sans titre.bmp"
• Create a new (empty) BMP file on desktop ("Nouveau Image bitmap.bmp")
• Back to Paint : File>Open>"Nouveau Image bitmap.bmp"
• Paint "stays" on "Sans titre.bmp" in title bar (and uses "Sans titre.bmp" if "File->Save as")

Expected result would have been to have "Paint current file") updated to "Nouveau Image bitmap.bmp" after loading operation

Right click > Edit on the "Nouveau Image bitmap.bmp" works correctly.
