      • Go to X:\reactos\resources
      • Double click on a theme file (.msstyles)

      • Does not open and logs

      (dll/win32/kernel32/client/loader.c:386) LoadLibraryExW(C:\ReactOS\system32\desk.cpl desk) failing with status c0000135
