NSIS nsExec fails without error

    Description

      Created an attachment (id=2389)
      test case

      The attached test case (built using NSIS) would execute "ipconfig" and display its output in a messagebox, or otherwise popup an error message if it couldn't be executed.

      When run on ReactOS, it does neither of that.
