ProgramFiles environment variable is not set

    Description

      "ProgramFiles" environment variable is not set, kdewin-installer depends on it and it sets the default installation path to "\KDE" instead of "C:\Program Files\KDE".

      But it works correctly with Wine. (and in Windows too)
