      Created an attachment (id=3558)
      Patch file

      Fix StretchBlt support pattern and optimization.
      Code ClipRegion deleted from win32\win32k\dib\dibXXbpp.c
      and add in win32\win32k\eng\bitblt.c
      EngStretchBltROP and optimization for Clip.
