black cursor when hovering over winamp 2.95 window

Most likely Winamp 2.95 applies some special mouse look Reactos does not support properly. Happens if hovering over certain parts of the main window and all parts of the equilizer and playlist editor in all available qemu-bpps (8/16/24).
