cmd -> extra quote in command completion

From cmd, go to d:

type there c:\doc, hit TAB, you'll get d:\"c:\documents and settings"

now add a backslash and "al" and hit TAB:

d:\"c:\documents and settings"\al hit TAB: you'll get

d:\""c:\documents and settings\All Users.REACTOS" (notice the extra quote at the beginning)
