r46573 does not install after restart

Created an attachment (id=4871)
wst_log.txt

Test Environment:
VBox 3.1.6 r59338
trunk build: 46573 bootcd

1. Started instalation,
the first time, it froze at 2%, restarted the vm,(in the first log)
installed again(formated again) and reset the vm. (still in first log)
Chose to start debug version, but a long vertical window appeared and said something like this: InstallSysSetup failed ; Rebooting now!(but never did, had to do it manualy)

Tried again, formated again, managed to reproduce (it's in the second log)
And tried the 4th time, but the installation halted at:
overall: 4%
kernel pool 8%
kernel cache 1%
free memory 91% (of 1024mb)

stuck on cacls.exe
