PATCH: Some kernel32 lang updates (de-DE updated, others fixed)

I had the time to translate some more Kernel32 strings. Not quite done yet, but slowly progressing anyway.

I also fixed an English typo in the other language files and removed half of the bg-BG file as it was redundant. Not much but the best I can do right now.
